Transfers

We accept transfers from anyone. 

Firearms

Incoming transfer fee is $20 for the first firearm, and $5 for each additional serial number on the same form.
Incoming transfer process:

  • Purchase the firearm(s) from an individual or dealer
  • Inform us where to send a copy of our Federal Firearms License or click on the Link for our FFL.
  • We ask for you to send us a copy of the Tracking Number so we can keep a eye out for you Package to ArmadilloToby@gmail.com.
  • We will contact you when your firearm(s) arrives and set up an appointment for pick up.
  • Federal back ground check will be completed when you pick-up your firearms(s). Please bring your current TX Drivers licence and or Concealed handgun licence.


NFA Firearms

Incoming transfer fee is $50 per item.
Incoming transfer process:
Purchase the NFA item from an individual or dealer

  • If from a dealer, let us know where to send our FFL/SOT
  • If from an individual, trust or corp, a Form 4 must be completed.  A $200 transfer tax will be paid by the buyer or seller for the item to transfer to us, and another $200 transfer tax for transfer to you. 
  • We will contact you when your firearm(s) arrives and provide further instructions and complete a Form 4.


NOTE: Please forward shipment tracking numbers! If we do not have tracking info and expect a delivery it may delay your transfer pickup.

INDIVIDUAL NFA PURCHASE


PURCHASING CHECKLIST


Carefully complete (2) Form 4s (5320.4) and sign in blue or black ink

Obtain (2) passport photos and affix one to each Form 4; do NOT staple

Make (1) photocopy of your completed Form 4 with passport photo affixed

Complete (2) FBI Form FD-258s in black ink

Identify your local Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO)

Write a $200 check to the BATFE

Using the mailing checklist below, mail your completed paperwork to the BATFE and your CLEO

Identify all responsible persons (including yourself)     and per person:

  • (1) BATFE Form 5320.23 and sign in blue or black ink for each responsible person
  • Obtain and affix to Form 5320.23 (do NOT staple) for each responsible person
  • Make (1) photocopy of your completed Form 5320.23, with passport photo affixed, for each responsible person
  • (2) FBI Form FD-258s in black ink for each responsible person
